My desire to create interesting images of the world around me has been a driving force in my life since I was young. My philosophy is to show you not only what the moment looked like, but what it felt like. 

As early as I can remember I have been obsessed with nature and all its wonders. There has always been an intense urge within me to capture that beauty, and when I was a teenager my dad gifted me an old hand-me-down 35mm film camera. I was instantly hooked. I spent a few years shooting on film, then transitioned to digital as technology improved.

My journalistic and mood-rich photography style tends to effectively convey tangibility and presence. That is my goal—to give the viewer a way to feel what it felt like to be there.

While I’ve been capturing images for over 20 years, I have been a working photographer since 2015. My love for photography has lead me down this path of working with people, shooting weddings and family portraits, which has further ignited my passion as I am able to integrate the element of human relationships into my work. There is nothing that compares to capturing pure, intimate moments between people who love one another. That is what this is truly all about.
