Responsibilities

Eugene Morrison (Photographer) agrees to provide professional photography services for the Client’s (signee of this contract) wedding, with only one photographer (Eugene Morrison) present on site on the wedding day. The Client agrees to allow the Photographer creative freedom, however the Client may request specific styles or types of photos at their discretion, although no specific photos will be guaranteed.

The Photographer is not responsible for missed or unsatisfactory photos due to environmental restrictions at the venue or “Acts of God”.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

The wedding fee deposit equals 50% of the total wedding fee and is non-refundable. If the Client cancels, the Photographer retains the deposit. If the Client reschedules their wedding, the deposit is transferable and will be applied to the new wedding date if the Photographer is available on that day.

If the Photographer cannot attend due to illness or emergency, the deposit and all payments will be fully refunded to the Client, or a replacement photographer may be offered.

PAYMENT

Payments may be made via Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or Cash.

A deposit of at least 50% of the total wedding photography service fee is to be paid within 7 days of signing the contract. The full fee can be paid at any time up to 30 days before the wedding date.

If the wedding fee is not paid in full by 30 days prior to the wedding date, the Photographer retains the right to cancel this contract and refuse services. If the Client cannot pay in full within that timeframe, they are encouraged to discuss with the Photographer prior to submitting this contract to negotiate a payment plan or make other arrangements to provide payment in a reasonable timeframe.

Copyright & Usage

The Photographer retains copyright to all images delivered to the Client. The Client will receive a full print release with the delivery of final edited images and may share the delivered edited images on social media freely at their discretion.

Commercial use or editing of final delivered photos by anyone other than the Photographer is prohibited without written permission from Eugene Morrison. When sharing on social media, the Client must not apply additional photo filters to the already edited images as this is considered “editing”.

This contract acts as a Model Release granting the Photographer exclusive rights to use the edited images in his portfolio, website, or in any promotional material completely at his discretion without additional permission from the Client.

Deliverables

Final edited digital images will be delivered to the Client within 30 days of the Wedding Date via Google Drive. No specific number of final edited images can be guaranteed, however the Client can expect to receive 25-50 edited images per 1 hour of shooting. RAW files will not be delivered and remain exclusive to the Photographer.

FeeS and Service Time

Wedding Photography Fee: $300.00

Photography Service Time: Up to 45 Minutes

*A fee of $150.00/hour (1 hour minimum) may be assessed on the wedding day if the Client verbally requests the Photographer to stay longer than the agreed upon timeframe in this contract. If the Client requests the Photographer to stay overtime on the wedding day, the Photographer will ensure the Client is aware of this fee at that time before proceeding. If this is requested by the Client on the wedding day, the fee will be billed to the Client and must be paid before the final edited images will be delivered.
